All of the comments received during the August and October public comment periods were reviewed by Water Council staff in preparation for the Water Council's deliberations on revisions to the June 28th and September 13th drafts.  From December 6th through December 10th, documents that provide responses to these comments will be placed on the Water Council's website in batches.
